NADI PARIKSHA
Your first step on the road to health and wellness begins with an age old technique – Nadi Pariksha or pulse diagnosis. Nadi or pulse is the vital flow of energy that courses through the body and enables the Vaidya (Doctor) to assess the patient’s health. Based on Nadi Pariksha, our Vaidya will recommend a personalized wellness regime that covers a wide spectrum – from therapeutic massages with tailor made diets to lifestyle changing experiences.
AYURVEDA
Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine and healing that has been practiced in India for over 5,000 years. Incorporated in the ancient Indian text, the Atharva Veda (the last of the Vedas), Ayurveda focuses on holistic wellness – the balance of the mind, body and spirit so that all three are in rhythm and harmony with nature. Ayurveda or the ‘Science of Life’ is derived from the Sanskrit term ‘Ayu’ meaning life and ‘Veda’ meaning knowledge.
PANCHAKARMA
According to Ayurveda when the Pancha Mahabhuttas or five elements (space, air, fire, water, and earth) are balanced, the body is healthy. When there is imbalance, there is disease. These elements manifest into life forces and make each of us unique – physically, mentally and emotionally. The elements combine into three Doshas (mind-body types) – Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The combination of these three Doshas influences our mental, emotional and physical tendencies.

At Panchamrut, our fine dining vegetarian restaurant, we serve you sattvik Ayurvedic cuisine charged with high ‘Prana’ – the universal life force. Our chefs work closely with our doctors, rustling up delicious and healthy meals which are tailor made to suit your constitution. We use pure and natural ingredients – some of which are cultivated in our organic gardens, freshly picked for immediate use.

The first step in your wellness journey begins with a Nadi Pariksha or pulse diagnosis which provides an accurate analysis of the state of your health. Our doctors will then recommend a range of therapies, chart out a personalized diet regime and offer lifestyle changing advice. Each therapy begins with the chanting of a hymn as recommended in the scriptures for holistic healing. Apart from classical Ayurvedic therapies, we also offer alternative therapies from around the world that are unique – some of these therapies cannot be availed of elsewhere.
